We have long believed that 3D Modelling has often been assumed to be expensive and therefore used in the past as just a DISPLAY tool to show what a final design will look like at the end of a project. THAT IS NO LONGER THE CASE.

We have used our experience in this specific field to develop efficient, and therefore cost effective processes that give Project Managers and Consultants the information & data required to fully assess ideas and designs that are being developed early in the process, and verify that they are not only effective, but (as sometimes is forgotten) practical.

With 12+ years experience of identifying areas where early decisions have had drastic effects on project progress, ENVsupport has been able to utilise 3D Modelling as a design tool to assist Consultants in avoiding the many pitfalls that appear again an again when detailed information is unavailable and assumptions are being made.

By using a PHASE RELEVANT 3D terrain model, technical data such as the BALANCED PLATFORM LEVEL of a site can be determined, as well as the extent of the EXCAVATION FOOTPRINT giving more accurate and realistic site boundaries.

EXCAVATION VOLUMES can also be extracted and used by Landscaping Consultants to design potential screening bunds with the knowledge that what they show what can actually & realistically be built.

Our 3D Modelling facility can bring all these design elements together, checking one against the other, for compatibility or highlighting issues. This can all be done in the earliest stages of decision making, can all be accompanied by verifying documentation, and by consequence, will provide a 3D explorable model of the development area that can be viewed & developed as the project progresses

Work done by ENVsupport will be to the Client’s remit for use by Client or Client’s Sub-Consultant/Contractors. Subsequently all work submitted must be CHECKED & APPROVED by the project’s designated PROFESSIONALLY QUALIFIED engineers.
